Your role isn’t about hitting quotas or driving short-term sales. Instead, you’ll focus on building strong, lasting client relationships and ensuring our processes consistently deliver the best possible experience. We’re looking for someone who can dig deeper than just looking at numbers. You need to understand how all the moving parts work together, spot patterns, and find ways to make the system better. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring and coaching your team to help them develop the same skills and mindset.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve sales and client support processes to ensure they align with our commitment to delivering consistent value.
  • ​​​​​​​Work closely with teams across the company to make sure our clients get a smooth, reliable experience, while always looking for ways to simplify and improve how we work.​​​​​​​
  • Analyze performance by looking at the bigger picture, understanding how different factors connect, and addressing the root causes of any issues.
  • Actively train, mentor, and coach your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • ​​​​​​​Build and maintain client relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of their needs.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  2. At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or client success, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a software or tech company.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and client success strategies in a small company environment.
  4. Strong understanding of the software industry and the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
