Summary

Leader Bank, N.A., one of the fastest-growing banks in Massachusetts, has an immediate opportunity for a Human Resource Specialist at our Arlington corporate office (hybrid role). The Human Resource Specialist is the first point of contact for team members, providing advocacy, problem-solving, issue resolution, and transaction processing for salary information, health insurance, and other benefit programs. Responsibilities

• Managing the bi-weekly processing of payroll using the Paycom.

• Supporting the benefits team and working directly with team members

• Processing annual reviews and salary increases and participating in compensation projects.

• Maintaining Reconciliation for benefits and payroll

• Managing 401k compliance and controls

• Reconciliation and processing of HR related bills (mainly benefits related)

• Helping to manage Paycom (HRIS system) and working on Paycom analytics projects beyond just payroll related tasks

• Working with team members to use Paycom


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2+ years of Human Resource / Administration experience is required.

• Experience with Paycom Payroll Processing (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all levels of employees.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to operate a personal computer with a strong knowledge of MS Office.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks within deadlines.
