Mirak Automotive Group is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the development and implementation of human resource guidelines and support to the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, policy development, and employment law compliance.


The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of human resource services, policies, and programs for the dealership. This includes providing guidance to all levels of management personnel on human resource related topics, serving as an employee advocate and management advisor on all employee-management issues, and assisting the HR team in recruiting for all dealership positions.


The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources as a manager or in a specialist position. They will also have advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Excel, and a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organization diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.

Responsibilities include:

  • Employee Relations, including providing guidance to all levels of management personnel on human resource related topics and serving as employee advocate and management advisors on all employee-management issues.
  • Policy Development and Documentation.
  • Employment Law/ Compliance & Labor Relations.
  • Assisting HR team in recruiting for all dealership positions.
  • Documentation of disciplinary actions including terminations.
  • Assist in processing Payroll.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources as a manager or in a specialist position.
  • Advanced computer skills with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, organization diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
  • Excellent consulting and coaching skills; strong management skills and business literacy skills.
  • Strong conflict management skills; strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
  • Demonstrates ability to efficiently organize work and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Able to deal with a broad range of customers.
