As a Customer Experience Representative, you will: Maintain top-notch customer support while assisting sales with opportunity management as they progress through their pipeline, also acting as the primary point of contact throughout the order process.

Responsibilities:

  • Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
  • Maintaining and responding to inbound customer phone calls and email
  • Creating and managing quotes and orders
  • Working closely with our manufacturing plants to handle order changes and updates
  • Working with freight vendors and filing claims
  • Managing internal requests from the sales team
  • Assisting sales team with pipeline updates
  • Gathering details and ensuring sales/shipment process is moving efficiently
  • Creating and managing tasks and running reports in Salesforce
  • Providing additional support to sales team as requested
  • Maintain strategic account documentation for top customers
  • Attending and participating in customer quarterly business reviews with sales rep and leadership

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Support or Customer Service role
  • Highly organized with great time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - listening, questioning, speaking and writing
  • Goal oriented with strong decision-making skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects and orders from start to finish
  • High energy level paired with curiosity and a desire to learn
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently but also thrive in a team environment
  • Persistent in following up detailed issues to conclusion

  • CRM experience with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
