As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at From the Earth Dispensaries in Brookside, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and promptly. You will be responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using order processing software and inventory management systems
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities:


- Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure stock availability
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, or delays
- Coordinate shipment schedules and liaise with logistics providers
- Handle returns, replacements, and exchanges as needed
