Job Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Spanish Order Processing Specialist, your daily tasks will include:
  • Efficiently processing orders and applications while maintaining high accuracy and service standards.
  • Managing inbound and outbound communications with distributors, ensuring a friendly and supportive interaction.
  • Conducting research and providing clear answers to inquiries through written and verbal correspondence.
  • Assisting clients with product returns and keeping a detailed Quality Control Log.
  • Collaborating with various departments to effectively address client requests.
  • Keeping precise records and logs for future reference.
  • Engaging in special projects as needed.
