Location: Peachtree City, Georgia

Position Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in the Fulfillment Department by ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, diagnosing system challenges, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting calibration tests, and fulfilling customer orders in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment

  • Prepare and dispatch shipments according to the specified destination and delivery method.
  • Complete and maintain export documentation in compliance with shipping service directives and regulatory quality standards.
  • Engage effectively with customers and global courier service providers.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with all courier partners.

Technical Support

  • Update and configure BIOS settings of equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the testing area and personal workspace.
  • Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Restore equipment to factory specifications and replace defective units as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot operating systems and networking issues, including cloud-based platforms and routers.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of equipment and industry standards.

Additional Duties

  • Assist in on-the-job training (OJT) as required.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure all documentation and materials are up-to-date and compliant with applicable standards.
  • Engage in annual recurrent training specific to responsibilities and other training as recommended by management.
  • Contribute to departmental key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Participate in regular departmental meetings.
  • Actively engage in environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
  • Maintain frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Technical or college education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Skills in computer and system configuration are advantageous.
Demonstrated Skills
  • Ability to analyze technical systems and calibrate medical devices.
  • Capability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectiveness in collaborative settings.
Communication Skills
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds intermittently.
  • Corrected hearing must be sufficient to respond to emergency alarms and alerts.
  • Capability to hear during telephone and work-related conversations.
  • Able to push and pull items as required in the workplace.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Able to squat and kneel to retrieve or place items on low shelving.
  • Capacity to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Physical requirements align with moderate activity jobs.
