Spurwink is seeking an Office Manager for our Outpatient and Community Services location in Randolph. This person will play an important role on our various teams, providing essential administrative support for case managers, care coordinators, and outpatient and school-based clinicians. The Office Manager position is Monday through Friday.

DUTIES:
The Office Manager's primary responsibility is to assure the smooth operation of all office functions. Duties of the position shall include, but not be limited to: enrolling clients for services in our electronic medical record as well as Kepro (MaineCare's managed care system), data tracking, office supply ordering, and managing day-to-day operations of the office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or G.E.D. required; some undergraduate experience preferred. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. At least five years relevant work experience (i.e., secretarial, computer management, office management) preferred.
