Clay Brook Services Manager

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our luxury Clay Brook property.
Key Responsibilities- Department Management: Manage and oversee the Concierge, Ski and Boot valet departments, including hiring, disciplining, and managing staff.
- Record Keeping: Maintain intricate records of all owner communications, billing, revenue, and tax documents.
- Rental Management: Execute the rental management program, including the rental rotation, and various other ownership programs.
- Inventory Management: Manage The Registry Collection inventory, coordinate all exchanges, and engage inbound Registry arrivals.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Director of Lodging, CB Front Office Manager, and Marketing Dept. to develop marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and value in CB.
- Meetings and Events: Facilitate and assist in HOA Board meetings and annual meetings, including setup, voting, distribution of time-sensitive material, and coordination of meetings among SB personnel and owners.
- Owner Events: Arrange, setup, and manage all owner events, coordinate with other departments including Food and Beverage.
- Seasonal Adjustments: Manage the SA program through owner demand and occupancy levels.
- Exchange Management: Manage the Internal Exchange program, including executing exchange contracts and keeping owner website up-to-date.
- Ownership Transfers: Facilitate all ownership transfers, execute transfers, and communicate the transfer to appropriate staff.
- Software Knowledge: Develop extensive knowledge of SMS and other relevant Lodging software.
- Account Management: Settle and rectify all owner accounts, including monthly statements and income checks.
- Front Desk Support: Cross-train and be available to help, assist, and be knowledgeable with Front Desk duties.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Out-going and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Computer skills including Office 2000, database use, and internet booking experience.
- Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record.
