Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing training sessions for new staff members.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the completion of employee and children's documentation.
  • Maintaining up-to-date teacher training records and staff files.
  • Creating weekly staff and break schedules.
  • Managing inventory, ordering, and stocking of school supplies, including art materials, food, and stationery.
  • Participating in all required staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and collaborating with them to enhance office operations and procedures.
  • Upholding a professional appearance in accordance with the Primrose School of Randolph Employee Handbook.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Assisting in other roles as determined necessary by the Director or their designee.
  • Reliability with strong character and values, serving as a role model for others in the school.

Each Primrose school operates as a privately owned franchise, with the respective Franchise Owner serving as the employer at each location. Franchise Owners establish their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary. Primrose Schools and its Franchise Owners are equal opportunity employers.
