Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing training sessions for new staff members.
- Monitoring and ensuring the completion of employee and children's documentation.
- Maintaining up-to-date teacher training records and staff files.
- Creating weekly staff and break schedules.
- Managing inventory, ordering, and stocking of school supplies, including art materials, food, and stationery.
- Participating in all required staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- Reporting office progress to senior management and collaborating with them to enhance office operations and procedures.
- Upholding a professional appearance in accordance with the Primrose School of Randolph Employee Handbook.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Assisting in other roles as determined necessary by the Director or their designee.
- Reliability with strong character and values, serving as a role model for others in the school.
Each Primrose school operates as a privately owned franchise, with the respective Franchise Owner serving as the employer at each location.
