As a key player in our leadership team, you’ll ensure compliance within the HR Department while driving our organization towards excellence.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to,
    compensation, payroll, employee benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and
    investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale;
    occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Develop and implement Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
    business strategy.
  • Develop, implement, and manage policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to
    support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy.
  • Direct and oversee recruiting and hiring across all business units within The Company.
  • Maintain knowledge of human resource trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws,
    regulations, and best practices, to include (but not limited to) FMLA, ADA, WC, and EEO Laws
    and requirements.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to organizational leadership/management on handling,
    escalation, and/or corrective/disciplinary actions related to employee attendance, behavioral,
    and/or performance issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation,
    and preservation of human capital.
  • Oversee payroll management through ADP.
  • Oversee management of PTO balances.
  • Oversee management of the new employee onboarding process.
  • Oversee performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Establish human resource metrics and conduct routine reporting to executive management.
  • Develop and implement department budget.
  • Manage direct reports.
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for Human Resource
    department.
  • Establish and monitor objective annual goals for direct reports.
  • Conduct direct report performance reviews and establish performance improvement plans as
    needed.
  • Attend/participate in offsite business meetings/conferences.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent required.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in human resources with progressive management
    responsibilities/experience required.
