Position Overview:

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing both hourly and exempt workforces is essential.
  • Familiarity with the third-party logistics or supply chain sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate a multi-state environment, with knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven capability to champion innovative ideas, manage change, and execute strategic plans with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
