Position Overview:
The Chief People Officer will report directly to the President and will be instrumental in aligning our talent strategy with our ambitious business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming talent strategies into a competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership teams, facilitating change management initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in leading HR teams across various functions, with a focus on aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
- Experience managing both hourly and exempt workforces is essential.
- Familiarity with the third-party logistics or supply chain sectors is preferred.
- Ability to navigate a multi-state environment, with knowledge of federal and state regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven capability to champion innovative ideas, manage change, and execute strategic plans with an emphasis on employee engagement and retention.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
