Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for people and numbers? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings a new challenge? If so, we have an exciting contract opportunity for you We are seeking a Consulting Human Resources Admin to join our dynamic team within the finance industry. This role will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your skills in benefits, LOA, payroll, HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and background checks. You will play a crucial role in our organization, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

As a Consulting Human Resources Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

1. Managing employee benefits programs, ensuring all employees understand their benefits and resolving any issues that may arise.
2. Overseeing LOA (Leave of Absence) requests, ensuring all requests are processed in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
3. Administering payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time.
4. Utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to manage employee data, generate reports, and assist with strategic decision-making.
5. Leveraging the ADP Workforce Now platform to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
6. Conducting i9 verification for new hires, ensuring all employees are legally eligible to work.
7. Performing background checks for potential employees, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our organization.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the finance industry.
2. Extensive knowledge of benefits administration, LOA, payroll, HRIS, ADP Workforce Now, i9 verification, and background checks.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
4. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding efficient solutions to complex issues.
5. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
6. A high level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
