Iron Tee Golf, a dynamic high-tech arcade and golf entertainment venue, is seeking an organized and self-motivated Event Sales Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable giving tours and talking on the phone. As an Event Sales Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


This position will be scheduled Wednesday through Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm with some flexibility depending on event schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Update all the binders and clipboards with new/updated Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s)
  • Update Open Table daily with floor plan changes and Event updates
  • Answer all incoming calls and create leads
  • Return emails promptly
  • Set up events and ensure all details are executed flawlessly
  • Manage daily inbound business, including updating BEO’s, new business, general inquiries, checking ITG events and ITG Info emails
  • Send out Thank You cards to clients
  • Organize event storage
  • Conduct tours for potential clients.
