  • No insurance background required
  • Candidates with prior sales (Financial Services, Auto Sales, Cellular Sales, etc) or retail experience (Banking, Healthcare Admin, etc) will be given preferential consideration.

Hiring Process


  • When you apply you will immediately receive a personality assessment exam by email (please check your junk folder). The assessment should take 10-15 minutes to complete.
  • Candidates who receive an acceptable score will receive a follow-up email invitation to complete a very brief video interview.
