Responsibilities

Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Contact potential clients in assigned territory through cold calls and emails

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through networking

Present our company to potential clients

Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

Report on sales results (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to Director of Sales

Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

Serve as liaison between customers and cross-functional teams

Resolve client concerns and inquiries to promote a positive customer experience

Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication

Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs and develop long-term relationships
