We are seeking an Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new members joining our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support new hires through the onboarding process, providing them with the necessary tools, information, and resources to integrate successfully into their roles. You will collaborate with various teams to coordinate and execute effective onboarding and offboarding programs while fostering a culture of engagement and productivity.

This role offices out of HQ located in Alpharetta, GA with hybrid potential.

Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Onboarding: Create and maintain effective communication with Hiring Managers, Lead Sales Recruiters, and other departments regarding new hire requirements
  2. Set up all onboarding systems for agents (1099) and employees (W2)
  3. Affiliate all real estate licenses with local Real Estate Commissions and Multiple Listing Systems (MLS) and ensure they are not expired
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees by addressing their questions, concerns, and needs throughout the onboarding process
  5. Provide ongoing support and resources to new employees to promote their integration, engagement, and retention within the organization
  6. Become familiar with real estate licensure requirements and local board affiliations in all operating states to support new hires during their transition
  7. Conduct exit interviews and report any significant findings to the President and VP of Sales
  8. Ensure equipment is returned upon any W2 departures
  9. Effectively communicate with all department heads within the company
  10. Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to track monthly hiring goals and offer letters
  11. Process offer letters accurately and update company systems accordingly
  12. Create accurate reports to include but not limited to: applicants, sales training classes, signed offer letters, and new hires
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely provisioning of equipment, access to systems, and necessary resources for new hires
  14. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the onboarding process, actively soliciting feedback from new hires and implementing continuous improvements to enhance the experience
  15. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the onboarding process
  16. Assist with offboarding processes, including updating Salesforce, Close.io, local MLS and terminating access to company systems
  17. Identify, organize, and set up career and college fairs across all states and support sales leaders with seamless execution including goal setting per event and candidate follow up
  18. Assess applicants and conduct phone interviews, send assessments, and schedule in-person interviews with our Leadership team to meet monthly recruiting goals and expectations
  19. Use exclusive platforms to source qualified candidates
  20. Work closely with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership to publish job reqs, update descriptions, and close reqs as they are filled accordingly

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  2. Proven experience in employee onboarding, HR, or a related field
  3. Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices and familiarity with HR processes and procedures
  4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with individuals at all levels of the organization
  5. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  6. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations and processes
  8. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  9. A customer-centric approach and a genuine interest in supporting new employees' success
  10. Proficient in G-Suite applications: Docs, Sheets, Drive, GMAIL
  11. Tech savvy and ability to adapt and learn software programs quickly
  12. Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Indeed knowledge preferred
