Position Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic Physician Recruiter to enhance our team. This role is a blend of sales and recruitment, requiring a high-energy and competitive individual ready to elevate their career with Jackson Physician Search.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with clients to identify and fulfill their physician staffing requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on search progress.
  • Meet and exceed productivity targets and performance metrics.
  • Proactively reach out to physicians to source qualified candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive phone interviews, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the internal database with all recruitment-related activities.
  • Manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates effectively.
  • Utilize creativity to craft compelling job advertisements for open positions.
  • Travel as necessary to conduct in-person client assessments.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales or recruitment is desirable.
  • Exceptional skills in sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiations are essential.
  • A confident, energetic, and professional demeanor is required, with the ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills are crucial.
  • Proficient organizational and computer skills are necessary; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A stable employment history with verifiable references is required.
