Position Overview: As a remote Finance & Operations Recruiter (operating in EST/CST), you will collaborate closely with our clients' Hiring Managers, engaging in various facets of the recruitment process. This includes conducting requisition intake discussions, sourcing candidates, screening and evaluating applicants, coordinating interviews, supporting offers, and facilitating onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers on all assigned requisitions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to clarify requirements.
  • Identify work behaviors and execute necessary actions to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
  • Meet or surpass assigned hiring targets while consistently monitoring performance metrics to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Provide requested data to the Manager of Talent Delivery and/or Director of Client Delivery to meet specific client reporting needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of requisition activities, including candidate statuses, to ensure compliance and tracking of SLAs/KPIs.
  • Adhere to corporate policies and guidelines while participating in regular company and team meetings.
  • Develop innovative recruiting and sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines.
  • Manage the candidate pool for each requisition, evaluating internal candidates, responses to advertisements, and direct sourced candidates using independent judgment.
  • Create a qualified candidate profile and determine the best candidates to fulfill client requirements and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client partners.
  • Engage in special projects as needed to enhance service offerings to current and prospective clients.
  • Foster positive relationships and partnerships to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of comprehensive recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing.
  • Proven experience sourcing for specialized positions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the insurance sector is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Relevant coursework or certifications such as AIRS, Adler Group, Recruitment Juice, NextLevel Exchange, or Art of Recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success in generating candidate pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $56,910-$77,070, with total compensation potentially including bonuses and commissions based on eligibility and individual qualifications.
