Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Onboarding & Recruitment Specialist to facilitate a smooth and welcoming onboarding journey for new team members within our organization. Your key role will involve guiding and assisting new hires throughout the onboarding experience, equipping them with essential tools, information, and resources to ensure their successful integration into their roles.

This position offers the potential for a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pre-Onboarding Coordination: Establish and maintain effective communication with Hiring Managers and relevant departments regarding new hire needs.
  2. Onboarding System Setup: Configure all necessary onboarding systems for employees.
  3. Licensing Management: Ensure all real estate licenses are affiliated with local Real Estate Commissions and Multiple Listing Systems (MLS) and are current.
  4. New Hire Support: Act as the primary contact for new employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
  5. Ongoing Integration Support: Provide continuous resources and assistance to new hires to enhance their engagement and retention.
  6. Licensure Familiarization: Understand real estate licensure requirements and local board affiliations to support new hires effectively.
  7. Exit Interview Management: Conduct exit interviews and communicate significant findings to leadership.
  8. Equipment Return Oversight: Ensure the return of company equipment upon employee departures.
  9. Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain effective communication with all department heads.
  10. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to monitor hiring goals and manage offer letters.
  11. Offer Letter Processing: Accurately process offer letters and update company systems as needed.
  12. Reporting: Generate accurate reports related to applicants, training classes, signed offer letters, and new hires.
  13. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to ensure timely provisioning of equipment and access for new hires.
  14. Onboarding Process Monitoring: Assess the effectiveness of the onboarding process and implement improvements based on feedback.
  15. Documentation Maintenance: Keep accurate records related to the onboarding process.
  16. Offboarding Assistance: Support offboarding processes, including updating systems and terminating access.
  17. Career Fair Organization: Identify and coordinate career and college fairs, assisting sales leaders with execution and follow-up.
  18. Applicant Assessment: Evaluate candidates and conduct interviews to meet recruiting objectives.
  19. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize exclusive platforms to identify qualified candidates.
  20. Job Requisition Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to publish and update job descriptions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Demonstrated experience in employee onboarding, HR, or a related area.
  3. Strong understanding of onboarding best practices and HR processes.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
  5. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
  8. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
  9. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting new employees' success.
  10. Proficiency in G-Suite applications: Docs, Sheets, Drive, GMAIL.
  11. Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for software programs.
  12. Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Indeed is preferred.
