Overview

We collaborate with healthcare institutions of all sizes to identify the most suitable physicians and advanced practitioners to ensure exceptional patient care.

Role Responsibilities:
The Physician Recruiter plays a crucial role in conducting daily outreach to generate qualified leads through strategic engagement. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting phone screenings and assessing providers' credentials.
  • Providing candidate lists to sales consultants and clients for further evaluation.
  • Utilizing consultative selling techniques to present Jackson + Coker's services to potential providers.
  • Maintaining accurate account histories and job postings within the database.
  • Promoting the professional image of the company.
  • Assisting regional associates and keeping management updated on activities, challenges, and recruitment volume.

Key Duties:
Assume accountability for the effective execution of all recruiting functions, including:

  • Making daily scheduled calls and managing incoming provider inquiries and referrals.
  • Engaging prospective providers and presenting the company's services and client opportunities.
  • Prospecting for open positions through lead generation and screening processes.
  • Evaluating the availability, credentials, and opportunities for providers.
  • Conducting phone interviews and asking pertinent qualifying questions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and providers while ensuring providers remain scheduled through the organization.
  • Tracking and documenting changes in provider availability.
  • Generating leads through various resources, including providers, clients, and job boards.
  • Entering and updating provider information and other relevant data in the database consistently.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all information entered.
  • Collaborating with Internal Recruiters to connect providers with opportunities at Jackson + Coker.

Compliance and Training:
All recruiting activities must comply with established policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Participate in training sessions as assigned and actively demonstrate the skills learned.

Requirements:

  • A foundational understanding of the sales process and the persistence required for success.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of one year of sales experience in a goal-oriented environment is advantageous.
