The Physician Recruiter/Research Consultant position offers a dynamic blend of sales and recruitment responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage consultatively with clients to execute searches and fulfill physician staffing requirements
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding search progress
  • Meet productivity targets and performance metrics
  • Proactively reach out to physicians to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct comprehensive phone interviews with a focus on detail and timely follow-up
  • Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activities
  • Manage and oversee the credentials and availability of physician candidates
  • Utilize creativity to craft compelling job advertisements for open positions
  • Travel as necessary to conduct onsite client assessments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment is preferred
  • Exceptional sourcing, cold calling, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential
  • Confident, energetic, and professional demeanor is crucial: ability to effectively build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates
  • Strong interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills are required
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills are necessary; CRM experience is a plus
  • Stable employment history with verifiable references is required
