Medical Front Desk Receptionist

- Greet patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Promptly answering incoming calls
- Properly referring questions and issues to the appropriate provider or staff members
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Checking patients in and having them complete any necessary paperwork
- Comforting patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
- Ensuring patient chart is up to date when checking patients in for appointments
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient copays/coinsurance and balances
Requirements
