Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Front Desk Medical Office Receptionist to join our team. Prior medical office experience is preferred but will train on the job.

Responsibilities include:

--Checking patients in

--Obtain patient information and intake forms as well as insurance information

--Collect co-pays and balances

--Schedule appointments

--Take phone calls

--Pull medical reports as needed

--Preparing exam rooms for the patients

--Checking patients out.

Qualifications:

--High school diploma or GED required

--Excellent interpersonal skills

--Must be able to speak clearly and effectively with patients in a courteous manner

Job type: Full-time or Part-time
