Minimum $49,025 - Midpoint $61,276*
*Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience.
*Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm except Thursday 8am-7pm.
This position will report to the Program Operations Director.
Summary
Provide coordination for organizational-wide projects within a multi-faceted environment; support the analysis and assessment of operational and clinical operations; may support basic projects and initiatives; works with staff of all levels in their own work environment, embrace change; work independently, with minimal over-sight.
Minimum Job Requirements of a Project Coordinator:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 1 year related experience. Related education and experience may be substituted for one another on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator:
- Works with leadership, teammates and stakeholders to coordinate meetings, sessions and events, documents minutes and outcomes, communicates information to project team members.
- Assist with the development, maintenance and monitoring of project plans; following up on action items and decisions; developing and updating various types of documentation and reports.
- Display and present data/report in a variety of formats.
- Researches best practices; analyzes, interprets and assesses various data.
- Monitors and records budget expenditures, invoices and contracts for the assigned department.
- Provides administrative support to department.
- May perform basic project management and training.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
