Project Coordinator Job Advertisement:

Overview: Support Construction Managers throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to material specifications, subcontractor responsibilities, and necessary documentation. Facilitate the readiness of field managers for effective execution and installation during all project phases until finalization. Cultivate relationships with suppliers and key partners to enhance workflow efficiency and maintain schedule compliance.

Performance Metrics:

  • Interpersonal Abilities – Advocacy, Conflict Resolution, Active Listening, etc.
  • Quality Assurance – Process Execution Verification, Attention to Detail, Collaboration, etc.
  • Safety Management – Safety Planning, Tailored Project Documentation, Hazard Mitigation, etc.
  • Analytical Skills – Proactive Communication, Material and Schedule Oversight, etc.
  • Project Closure and Financial/Schedule Assessment – Lessons Learned, Process Discipline, etc.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 Years of Experience or Education in commercial construction management.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
