Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator for Specialized Initiatives, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, estimation, and management of various HVAC, plumbing, and process systems projects. Your expertise will be essential in fostering business relationships and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Management:** Lead the planning, organization, and coordination of construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and profitably.
2. **Client Engagement:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors, providing them with detailed estimates and proposals.
3. **Compliance and Safety:** Promote a safe working environment and ensure all projects adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
4. **Budget Oversight:** Manage project budgets, including material and labor costs, and prepare progress reports for review.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and subcontractors to address any project-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management related to HVAC, plumbing, and process systems.
- In-depth knowledge of construction plans, codes, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform tasks that may include frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
