Senior Project Coordinator

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is in search of a seasoned Project Manager to join our team for a significant long-term contract role. This position requires candidates to have a strong background in managing fiber deployment initiatives and Outside Plant Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for comprehensive management of assigned projects, ensuring completion within the designated timeline and budget.
- Define and develop project scope, detailed work plans, schedules, objectives, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate project status meetings and reporting, maintaining oversight of project tracking and analysis, including interdependencies.
- Collaborate with various functions to uphold quality standards and internal processes, reviewing project deliverables to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and address issues or roadblocks promptly, recommending solutions to drive project success.
- Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to project teams that span multiple organizations and external vendors.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, internal clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading fiber deployment and expansion projects.
- Ability to manage contractor deliverables, closely monitoring progress and identifying risks.
- Strong presence in the market is highly preferred.
- Lead operational reviews in collaboration with market leadership.
- Prepare necessary materials to communicate project progress, risks, and actions for executive updates.
- Demonstrated financial acumen.
- Coordinate project launch timing with relevant teams.
- Communicate construction schedules and locations effectively.
Overall Purpose: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects within the Network organization, ensuring delivery within the specified timeframe and budget.
