As the Sales Executive serving Florida, you'll strategically conduct phone calls, cold calls, meetings, and early engagement to convert leads into prospects, build a robust pipeline, submit ongoing proposals, and close new business. Uncapped Earning Potential

As a 1099 Sales Executive, you'll be paid a base salary of $45K annually, plus a generous commission structure. Projected first-year income based on minimum sales goals starts at $89K. The company's top earners consistently make $150K or more annually.


What You'll Do as a Sales Executive

● Identify opportunities. Create lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
● Sell strategically based on KPIS.
● Deliver compelling presentations to explain features of service, cost, and advantages
that will captivate and engage prospective clients.
● Collaborate with operations teams on new opportunities that align within divisions.
● Follow up on submitted proposals/presentations on time, professionally, and
diligently
● Successfully assess all opportunities and take the next steps to achieve your sales goals consistently.
● Transition new customers to dedicated Client Relations and Operations Teams for
ongoing service needs.
● Provide weekly reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior
management. Maintain accurate records on potential customers in Salesforce.
● Meet and exceed goals quarterly and annually.
● Keep a pulse on market trends and competitor movements to ensure you stay ahead of the curve.


Requirements
Your most valuable tools for success are your drive and discipline. We are looking for a self-starter with a hunter mindset and exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Five or more years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals, preferably in janitorial services, will ensure that you can manage your business and quickly start growing your sales and income.
