Working as Full-Time Junior Recruiter/Administrative Assistant, you will be involved with recruiting and onboarding new employees, as well as, supporting various administrative functions (reviewing, executing contracts and employee agreements)
Source candidate through internet job boards and social media for distribution center roles
Complete prescreens and phone interviews of candidates
Ensure required company applications and assessments are completed
Schedule Onsite Interviews
Assist with Onboarding of new employees with necessary new hire forms and orientation
Preserving and maintaining confidentiality in all facets of employee interaction

Track and maintain recruiting spreadsheets through Excel
Working as Full-Time Junior Recruiter/Administrative Assistant, you will be involved with recruiting and onboarding new employees, as well as, supporting various administrative functions. Incentives are based on the number of hires and tenure of hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source candidate through internet job boards and social media for distribution center roles.
Complete prescreens and phone interviews of candidates.
Ensure required company applications and assessments are completed.
Schedule Onsite Interviews.
Assist with Onboarding of new employees with necessary new hire forms and orientation.
Preserving and maintaining confidentiality in all facets of employee interaction.
Maintaining confidential files, documents and records.
Track and maintain recruiting spreadsheets through Excel.
Attending and participating in hiring and recruitment events and tracking efforts.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties like I9, New hire paperwork and Insurance ;
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Compile and update employee records and contracts (hard and soft copies)
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Communicate with public services when necessary
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, strong interpersonal and interactive skills and have self-initiative.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills.
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Work independently as well as in a team environment.

Must be able to pass the background and drug screen.
Must be dependable and have good attendance
