We are seeking an Experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Account Specialist to join our team. This position offers a base salary of $55,000 plus commission and an additional $10,000 for rounding accounts.

Monday - Thursday (8:30am - 4:30pm) Work Schedule

Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
  • Proactively shop insurance renewals to secure competitive rates.

Requirements
  • License Requirements: An active Property and Casualty License and 2 years of sales insurance experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using agency management systems to organize and manage client information.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and supportive team member who fosters a positive work environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Polite, courteous, and professional phone manner.
