Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our Commercial Insurance division. This role is pivotal in maintaining existing client relationships while also pursuing new business opportunities in the Commercial Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential clients to evaluate their Commercial Insurance requirements.
  • Enhance accounts through cross-selling various products and services.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes for prospective clients.
  • Work alongside account managers and marketing professionals to prepare proposals and identify suitable markets.
  • Formulate and present comprehensive insurance program proposals.
  • Foster and nurture client relationships for long-term success.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Account Executive position will possess:

  • A valid North Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in Commercial Insurance sales.
  • Expertise in Risk Management, including MOD promulgations, loss analysis, and loss control reviews.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively with account managers, carriers, and claims adjusters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background checks.
