We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Commercial Insurance Operations (Potential for Hybrid Work).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the daily operations of the department and collaborate with other teams.
- Oversee departmental services, personnel, and account growth.
- Delegate tasks, provide technical guidance, and support account management.
- Analyze trends, manage complex accounts, and aid in business expansion.
- Prepare submissions, negotiate insurance policies, and oversee claims and premiums.
- Establish quality control measures and stay updated on industry developments.
Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of five years of experience in commercial insurance.
- Proven experience in managing a team handling commercial accounts.
- In-depth understanding of commercial coverages and market dynamics.
- Possession of a producer's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
