The Successful Candidate Will…

  • Delivery of High-Quality Service (HQS) and sales objectives of double-digit growth.
  • Plan and accomplish expansion into new markets: multi-unit restaurants, hospitality, and independent living.
  • Lead recruiting activities to reach staffing goals.
  • Develop pipeline of team candidates for future expansion and reduce time to fill positions.
  • Perform as safety manager for branches in region.
  • Accomplish full compliance of all DOT, regulatory and company policies.
  • Contribute to the culture of positive momentum through actions and decisions.
  • Conduct effective performance management and development practices leading to engaged employees and superior business performance.

Requirements…

  • Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to safely drive a company vehicle.
  • 2 years of experience providing outstanding customer service.
  • 2 years of prior sales and management experience.
  • Ability to travel to branches in Manteca, CA and Sparks, NV.
