POSITION TITLE: REGIONAL LANDSCAPE OPERATIONS MANAGER

STATUS: EXEMPT


REPORTING TO: Branch Manager / VP of Operations


WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays)


POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Landscape Operations Manager is responsible for establishing the strategic vision and direction of landscape projects in alignment with the objectives of property owners or their representatives. This role oversees Account Managers and enhancement teams while reporting directly to the Branch Manager or Vice President of Operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the strategic direction and overall vision for accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Oversee Account Managers and staff, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Conduct irrigation and landscape audits, manage punch lists, and develop enhancement proposals.
  • Facilitate effective communication through monthly client meetings and HOA reports.
  • Ensure the successful execution of each project.

Performance Expectations:

  • Manage operations in a safe and profitable manner while continuously seeking efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong management and organizational skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, is required.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, along with over five years of relevant experience in Landscape Regional or Account Management, or a comparable combination of education and experience.


CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:

Possession of a Certified Arborist credential, California State licensed Pest Control Applicator, and California State Pest Advisors License is advantageous. A valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the employee regularly works outdoors in various weather conditions. The employee may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate.
