Landscape Maintenance Regional Manager

JOB TITLE: REGIONAL MANAGER
EXEMPT: YES
REPORTS TO: Branch Mgr./VP of Ops DAYS: Monday-Friday (Occasional Saturdays)
SUMMARY: The Regional Manager sets the vision and direction of the project in accordance with the goals of the property owner or owner's representative through reports and proposals. Manages the Account Managers and enhancement crews and reports to the Branch Manager or Vice President of Maintenance Operations.
Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations - includes the following:

Role -
- To set direction and overall vision of accounts in line with clients' best interest and goals.
Responsibilities -
- Account Managers and Staff, Reports and Paperwork
- Irrigation Audits, Landscape Audits, Punch Lists, Enhancement Proposals
- Communication/ Monthly client meetings/ HOA reports.
- Success of each project
Expectations -
- To run operations safely and profitably and continue to look for efficiencies.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent leadership skills. Must possess strong management and organizational skills.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize and multi-tasks activities. Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school. And/or more
than five years related Landscape Regional/Account Manager experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Certified Arborist, California State licensed Pest Control Applicator, California State Pest
Advisors License very helpful. Valid California drivers license with a Department of
Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to the company's insurance carrier.
