What are the responsibilities of our Regional Operations Managers?

Our Regional Operations Managers oversee the overall management of their designated region and serve as the primary contact for implementing improvements in their area. They are expected to provide a realistic perspective on factors that influence customer service and the development of our team members. Their approach must be both motivational and forward-thinking. They are accountable for understanding, valuing, and adhering to the organizational policies and expectations set forth by the company.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing the management team to achieve growth, productivity, and profitability objectives for the region while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Conducting interviews and selecting top talent while assessing staffing requirements.
  • Planning, communicating, and delegating essential responsibilities and practices to the operations and service management team to ensure seamless operations within the region.
  • Driving the execution of company initiatives by motivating and supporting the management team to create and implement action plans that align with operational and organizational goals.
  • Reviewing regional environments and key performance indicators to identify issues, concerns, and opportunities for enhancement, providing coaching to the operations and service management team to achieve operational targets.
  • Supporting and auditing roles within operations, sales, and office leadership.

What qualifications are needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
  • A minimum of five to seven years in a Regional Manager or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a background in management, sales, training, relationship building, and/or outstanding customer service.
  • Experience in analyzing financial reports in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A successful track record in the aquatic management industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses/certifications as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Base salary range: $ / year
Annual Earning Potential: $155600 / year

In addition to the base salary, an employee in this role who has completed training may qualify for additional monetary compensation, including overtime, incentives, and/or commission pay. Total annual earning potential may vary based on performance, assigned responsibilities, and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
