As the Sales Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives who sell our health insurance products to end users. You will leverage your existing book of business or hierarchy with agents under you to expand our client base. Your deep understanding of the insurance industry will be crucial in effectively communicating our services and building strong relationships with clients. This role involves travel and interaction with high-level clients, making it ideal for a motivated individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

$95,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:

Understanding the nuances of the insurance industry is essential for success in this role. We provide end-to-end services and are looking for someone who can represent our brand with expertise and professionalism.


This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You'll be expected to stop in the office occasionally, with most communication and work conducted remotely. The compensation structure is based on a 1099 arrangement, with a base salary of up to $45,000 per year plus bonuses tied to production.


  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve production targets.

  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to your team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Candidates should be very strong communicators and problem solvers, and have great follow-up skills
  • Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Must have active insurance license in your state or must be willing to get licensed in 90 days
  • Candidates should have an Associates or Bachelor’s degree, but all candidates with insurance industry experience will be considered
  • Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is preferred but we will provide training as needed for the right fit and skillset
