Our products are designed and assembled in our state-of-the-art facility in Tucson, Arizona to ensure the highest quality, reliability, and durability for everything we sell.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Operations in our Tucson office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations, supporting the executive team in achieving business goals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Note: This is an in-office position, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4 PM.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP of Operations.

• Review and manage contracts, quotes, and purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

• Maintain organized records and filing systems.

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Assist in managing customer accounts and maintaining positive client relationships.

• Perform other administrative duties as required.


Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Science or Engineering.

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in customer service is highly desirable.
