Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Professional to join our team at KIHOMAC. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to management personnel, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management personnel, including data collection and management, performance monitoring, and schedule management.
  • Assist in daily office needs, including managing general administrative activities, developing reports, and coordinating meetings.
  • Use government travel systems to ensure travel is efficiently scheduled and plan organizational activities for internal and external agencies.
  • Analyze business and technical processes to develop and implement new and modified processes and policies.
  • Develop metrics to provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required; Associate's Degree in managerial field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting management personnel; experience supporting management personnel within the DoD preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Adobe, and/or other common business applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to emerging requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior military experience as an Executive Officer supporting a senior military officer in command position (Lt Col/O-5 or higher) or a senior civil service director or division chief.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience with government contract requirements, including contract deliverables.
  • Experience with complex organizations and working with other business teams.

Must be a US citizen; Active Secret clearance required.
