About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Marketing Manager to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives in targeted geographic areas to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. The Regional Marketing Manager will work closely with sales teams and other marketing professionals to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing plans to support sales goals and objectives.
  • Plan and manage local events, promotions, trade shows, and other on-the-ground marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target markets and tailor marketing efforts to meet regional needs.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Own all aspects of event execution, including venue selection, contract negotiation, speaker acquisition and management, tradeshow logistics, booth attendance, list pulls, email campaigns, budget reconciliation, list uploads, etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in field marketing and implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations
  • Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, and resellers
  • The ability to plan, execute and analyze an overall marketing strategy
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively with various tasks and business partners (both internal and external partners); must be able to work cross-functionally with internal sales and operations teams to effectively generate, execute and report on marketing programs.
  • Ability to interact with various levels of stakeholders and make decisions based on data and insights
  • Expert knowledge of marketing planning tools and strategies
