The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to reinforce the New American Funding brand and support regional sales efforts.
This role involves leading a marketing team, driving initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Regional Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
- Support the Regional Sales Manager with various marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and event planning.
- Develop creative concepts and collateral for the region, including video production and editing.
- Manage the onboarding marketing process for new hires and enhance recruiting efforts to support regional talent acquisition.
- Monitor and manage marketing expenditures and inventory to ensure effective use of resources.
- Prepare and deliver monthly marketing project reports to managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve systems and materials, and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in a marketing role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, design, and creative skills.
- Experience with video production and editing, and proficiency with marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
