Regional Marketing Team Leader

Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Team Leader.
The perfect candidate for this position is someone who enjoys engaging with individuals, motivating and guiding a team, and is eager to advance within our organization.
This role demands strong leadership abilities, actively generating leads at various venues such as home improvement exhibitions, shopping center kiosks, trade shows, and more.
Key Objectives for the Regional Marketing Team Leader:
Lead a team by example to cultivate leads from retail settings, exhibitions, and trade events in the designated area.
Demonstrate a passion for team development and a commitment to achieving monthly targets while ensuring an exceptional experience for both the team and potential clients.
By fulfilling these objectives, you will contribute to our mission of enhancing the homes and lives of individuals in the community.
Responsibilities of the Regional Marketing Team Leader:
- Achieve monthly goals in a lead generation context to meet program budgets and lead targets while providing a consistent and outstanding experience for the team and prospects.
- Design and implement incentive programs to foster team culture and morale.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and motivation of a medium to large team of marketers.
- Review weekly reports to develop individual performance improvement plans for each marketer, per location. Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to identify additional lead conversion opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to Jacuzzi Group's best practices for recruitment, hiring, and training processes.
- Maintain regular communication with the Field Marketing Director and HR to identify staffing needs and alternative recruitment sources.
- Meet weekly with the Director of Field Marketing and area Sales Director to discuss conversion rates by location.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Field Marketing or Lead Generation is essential.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
- Availability for evening and weekend work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with technology, including tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability with a consistent positive attitude.
- Experience in addressing employee concerns with care and integrity, even under pressure.
- A genuine desire to improve the homes and lives of individuals in the community.
This position reports directly to the Director of Field Marketing and offers opportunities for career advancement within our expanding program.
Compensation:
On average, our Regional Marketing Team Leaders earn $100,000 annually (Base + bonus).
