Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a performance-based sales environment. They will be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic, and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, email marketing, and social media
- Qualify prospects by understanding their business challenges and needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Close deals and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or 3 years work experience in an outbound / sales development role and or industry expereince.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
