Mission:

Your mission as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Roofer Marketers is to identify and connect with roofing contractors who can benefit from our digital marketing solutions. By generating and qualifying leads, your role is pivotal in filling our sales pipeline with opportunities that will drive business growth.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Increased Sales Pipeline: By setting qualified demos, you’ll help maintain a steady flow of potential customers for the Account Executives, directly impacting revenue growth.
  • Enhanced Market Reach: Your outreach efforts will expand our market presence within the roofing industry, increasing awareness of Roofer Marketers’ solutions among contractors.
  • Improved Customer Insights: Through consistent engagement with prospects, you will gather valuable market feedback that can be used to refine our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Demo Set Rate: Secure 10+ qualified demos per week with potential clients.
  • Outbound Calls: Make 80+ outbound calls daily, consistently engaging prospects.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: Achieve a 20%+ conversion rate from cold calls to qualified demos.
  • CRM Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM data entry and activity tracking.
  • Pipeline Contribution: Consistently contribute high-quality leads that result in a 15%+ close rate by Account Executives.
 

What makes you the hero for this job:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience in marketing and/or roofing or construction industry is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to quickly build rapport and engage prospects. Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently. Strong sense of ownership and commitment to achieving results.
