Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Business Growth Strategy:
    Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies that drive revenue growth across multiple channels, including partnerships, direct sales, and strategic alliances.
  • Cultivate Strategic Relationships:
    Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, including property management companies, real estate firms, and institutional investors, to expand RentFinder.ai’s client base and market reach.
  • Drive New Client Acquisition:
    Lead efforts to identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, partnerships, and referral programs. Conduct high-impact sales presentations and virtual demos to convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Develop and Optimize Sales Channels:
    Oversee the creation and management of sales channels, including direct sales, third-party resellers, and affiliate partnerships, ensuring each channel meets its revenue targets and contributes to overall company growth.
  • Collaborate on Cross-Functional Initiatives:
    Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention.
  • Create Sales Collateral & Training Resources:
    Partner with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, webinars, and training resources that educate clients and partners on the value of RentFinder.ai’s platform, driving higher conversion rates.
  • Manage and Report on Sales Performance:
    Set and track key performance metrics (KPIs), including new business targets, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Industry Engagement and Representation:
    Represent RentFinder.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (up to 6 per year) to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior business development or sales leadership role, preferably within SaaS, proptech, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute sales and business growth strategies, driving measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating strategic partnerships and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead high-impact sales demos and negotiations.
  • Experience in managing multiple sales channels and working cross-functionally to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Highly organized and data-driven, with strong analytical skills to measure and report on sales performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve ambitious business goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly new business and revenue growth targets.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key clients, driving long-term partnerships and business opportunities.
  • Lead and optimize multiple sales channels to maximize lead generation and conversions.
  • Represent RentFinder.ai at industry events, building brand awareness and generating new client opportunities.
  • Continuously improve the sales process through data-driven insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
