Your primary responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs to achieve revenue targets, increase market penetration, and drive sales performance across key customer segments and geographic regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals, product development plans, and marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a results-driven sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, foster a culture of excellence, and promote professional growth and development. Sales Forecasting and Performance Measurement: Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress against sales objectives, evaluate sales pipeline opportunities, and assess sales team performance. Implement sales analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in medical device sales, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, building high-performance sales teams, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of medical device industry dynamics, market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs and preferences.
