Position Summary:
The Event Bartender plays a vital role in providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Our bartenders are expected to be attentive, making guests feel welcomed, valued, and at ease throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the bar area according to event specifications and timelines.
  • Organize the bar for optimal efficiency and productivity.
  • Adhere to the Catering Captain's directives and staff assignments.
  • Possess knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and standard liquor pours, or demonstrate a willingness to learn.
  • Assist servers as required to ensure smooth service.
  • Engage with guests in a professional manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with the drink menu, including recipes, dietary restrictions, and special requests.
  • Perform wine service and be adaptable to plated service as needed.
  • Break down and clean the bar and event space, consolidating products for transport.
  • Follow established safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred.
  • A high school diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer service approach.
  • Capability to set tables, fold napkins, and polish glassware efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
