Title: Incident Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct IR team activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones and tasks.
  • Create and regularly communicate updates on project status, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Delegate work based on team members' expertise and capabilities.
  • Assess project needs and set priorities to meet objectives.
  • Review project results and prepare a detailed closeout report.
  • Must have knowledge and experience: Familiarity with Dell and VMware technologies, incident response experience, a strong security background, and availability for client travel.
