The Incident and Escalation Management team (IEM) operates within Datadog's Global Support Engineering (GSE) division. In this role, you will be responsible for swift incident resolution and stakeholder engagement. Your contributions will include effective communication, technical involvement, and incident oversight for our international clientele. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the resolution of incidents and escalations for clients
- Develop and execute real-time monitoring solutions for customer infrastructures
- Manage, prioritize, and take ownership of client issues
- Oversee and coordinate communications during incidents
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction
- Lead initiatives aimed at operational enhancements
- Draft and evaluate documentation and training materials
- Identify and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT-related position
